Responsibilities:
- Convene meetings of the Student Off-campus Internship Committee.
- Process applications for refunds of miscellaneous fees for students undertaking full-semester internships.
- Review and monitor the implementation of student off-campus internship courses.
- Announce and process applications for student-initiated off-campus internships.
- Process applications from graduating international and overseas Chinese students for post-graduation internships in Taiwan.
- Handle official correspondence and responses concerning student internship matters from the Ministry of Education.
- Compile and submit student off-campus internship course data for the university's institutional data system.
- Manage user accounts for the Graduate Exit and Destination Survey System.
- Conduct follow-up surveys and related administrative work for graduate destinations.
- Establish and maintain the Alumni Database.
- Provide alumni services, including NQU alumni Gmail account applications and contract-related matters with vendors providing alumni card services.
- Assist in organizing Alumni Association activities.
- Handle other duties and assignments as directed by supervisors.

Responsibilities:
- Organize employment counseling services and career development seminars.
- Organize campus job fairs and provide one-on-one career counseling services.
- Assist companies and public agencies in posting job vacancies and recruitment information.
- Administer employment-related programs sponsored by the Northern, Keelung, Yilan, Hualien, and Kinmen-Matsu Regional Branch of the Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor, including:
- Employment Service Subsidy Programs in collaboration with colleges and universities
- Youth Employment Expert Programs
- Workplace Visit Programs for College and University Students
- Career Development and Capacity-Building Programs for Colleges, Universities, and Social Welfare Organizations
- Administer the Ministry of Education's Study Abroad Program for Students and New Southbound Project – Dream of Study Abroad.
- Administer matters related to the Ministry of Education's Higher Education Sprout Project, Subproject 4: Enhancing the Public Nature of Higher Education.
- Administer programs of the Ministry of Education's Youth Development Administration and complete surveys on the effectiveness of career counseling and guidance.
- Administer off-campus internship insurance for students, including insurance enrollment applications, mid-term withdrawal from coverage, and accident/death insurance claims.
- Administer the Ministry of Education's University Career and Competency Assessment Network (UCAN), including serving as the university's system administrator and coordinating in-class UCAN assessments.
- Assist with activities related to labor rights and protection promoted by the Bureau of Labor Insurance, Ministry of Labor, as well as promotional activities for national examinations organized by the Ministry of Examination.
- Assist the Kinmen Employment Center of the Northern Regional Branch, Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor, with youth employment counseling programs and the dissemination of related activity information.
- Assist in organizing activities related to the Alumni Association.
- Handle other duties and assignments as directed by supervisors.
