This form is for graduates who enrolled before the 102nd academic year. Students who enrolled from the 103rd academic year onward will have their student Gmail accounts automatically converted to alumni Gmail accounts after graduation and do not need to apply separately.

Application Method: After completing the attached form, you can either submit it in person to the National Kinmen University Career Counseling and Alumni Services Center or mail the application to the center.
