1. Mandatory:
- Academic transcript for the current or most recent semester of the academic year 111 (officially stamped by the school).
- Front and back of student ID or proof of enrollment (with the registration stamp of the first semester of the academic year 111; if the student ID does not have a registration stamp, provide proof of enrollment).
2. Others (non-mandatory):
- Proof of low-income or middle-low-income household within the valid period.
- Teacher recommendation letter.
- Proof of disability.
- Certificate of Ching Pao Hardworking Scholarship.
(a) After the foundation's review and selection, students will be arranged for an interview with one of the designated institutions based on their preferences.
(b) Once accepted, students are not allowed to drop out without a valid reason. Applicants must comply with the institution's requirements and submit health check reports and other relevant documents. After completing the work-study and a comprehensive evaluation of performance, the foundation will provide additional support for health check expenses.
(c) Work-Study students must fulfill their job responsibilities. Without valid reasons, terminating the work-study, being absent from work without notice, or committing major violations will disqualify students from applying for this work-study in the future.
(d) The first week of work-study is a probationary period. If the service attitude is unsatisfactory or the assigned tasks cannot be completed, the organization has the right to terminate the work-study and replace the student with the second-ranked work-study student.
(e) Work-Study students must log in to the online platform system to write a reflection report (at least 800 words) before the end of the work-study period. The report should include (1) reflections on the work experience, (2) concepts and spirits gained from the work, (3) self-reflection, and (4) suggestions. Students are encouraged to create a 30-60 second video sharing their experiences and upload it to the Ching Pao Hardworking Facebook page for wider dissemination.
