【National Quemoy University Outstanding Alumni Selection Guidelines (1st Session, 2023)】

Categories and Selection Criteria

All graduates of the day and extension programs of each department and class in our university who identify with the alma mater and have made concrete contributions or achievements in the following areas, serving as role models and having no criminal record in the past five years, can be recommended as candidates.

1. Contribution to Alma Mater Category: Individuals who have made special contributions to the university in teaching, service, technological innovation, donations for education, or development.
2. Social Service Categor: Those engaged in various types of social service work with outstanding performance or contributions.
3. Other Category: Individuals with special contributions not covered by the aforementioned categories, selected by the committee.

Recommendation Methods

1. Recommendation by the Alumni Association or various alumni associations.
2.  Recommendation through department (program) meetings.
3. Recommendation by five or more faculty and staff members through joint signatures.
4. Recommendation by the head of the service agency of the recommended person.
5. Recommendation by ten or more alumni through joint signatures.

Submission Method and Instructions

Please personally deliver or mail the application to the Career and Alumni Service Center of our university, reaching us by 12:00 PM on October 24, 2023.

Initial Review Submission Documents

- One original copy and one Word electronic file of the 112 Outstanding Alumni Selection Recommendation Form.
- Copy of the recommended person's graduation certificate from our university.
- Copy of the recommended person's highest educational degree certificate.
- Documentary evidence of the recommended person's outstanding achievements (within 20 pages as a guideline).
- Police criminal record clearance certificate (no criminal record related to crimes in the past five years).
- Personal information consent form.
(All documents should be bound in A4 size)

Recognition Method

Outstanding alumni will be publicly recognized and awarded medals at the annual university ceremony.
