**【Hsinchu City Health Bureau】Recruitment for Part-time Assistant Program**

1. In accordance with the 112th-year "Enhancing Social Safety Net Phase II Plan - Strengthening Mental Illness, Suicide Prevention, and Substance Addiction Case Management Services Plan" in Hsinchu City.

2. The purpose of this program is to enhance the understanding of Phase II of the Social Safety Net Enhancement Plan and the Community Mental Health Center among college students. It aims to familiarize students with practical work operations, providing part-time work-study opportunities for students in their 4th year or above or graduate students who meet the qualifications of this program. The goal is to increase students' frontline practical experience, enrich workplace skills, and provide hands-on training and experience. The plan is outlined as follows:

     (a) Qualifications: Students in social work-related departments at colleges or universities, 4th year or above (hired as 3rd-year undergraduates from June of the current year) or graduate students.

     (b) Employment Period:From the actual employment date in 112 until December 31.

    (c) Work Location: Mainly at the Community Mental Health Center in Hsinchu City (12th floor, No. 241, Zhongyang Road, Hsinchu City), and adjustments will be made according to actual business needs.

    (d) Salary and Benefits: Hourly wage of NT$200. Work hours are arranged for a minimum of 4 hours per day, at least 80 hours and up to 120 hours per month. Leave, labor, and health insurance are provided according to the Labor Standards Act and the "Matters to be Noted for Employing Part-time Workers" regulations.

     (e) Recruitment Period: From August 7 to August 31, 112 (postmark date is valid, late applications will not be accepted).
