Selection Guidelines (113th Academic Year, 2nd Edition)

 

Categories of Recognition and Selection Criteria
Graduates from any department or program (Day Division or Continuing Education Division) of the university who identify with their alma mater and have made significant contributions or achievements in the following areas, serving as role models, and who have no criminal record within the past five years, may be nominated as candidates.

1. Contribution to the Alma Mater: Individuals who have made exceptional contributions to the university's teaching, services, technological innovation, donations for educational advancement, or development.
2. Social Service: Individuals who have outstanding performance or contributions in various fields of social service.
3. Other Categories: Individuals with special contributions not covered by the above categories, as nominated by the committee.

 

Recommendation Methods:

1. Recommendation by the Alumni Association or Alumni Clubs.
2. Recommendation approved by the department (or program) meeting.
3. Recommendation by five or more faculty and staff members of the university.
4. Recommendation by the head of the service organization where the nominee works.
5. Recommendation by ten or more alumni.

 

Submission Method and Instructions:

Please deliver in person or mail to the Career Services and Alumni Services Center by 12:00 PM on Wednesday, September 25, 113th academic year.

Documents Required for Initial Review:

口 One original and one Word electronic file of the “113th Academic Year Outstanding Alumni Nomination Form.”

口 A copy of the graduate certificate from the nominee's alma mater.

口 A copy of the highest educational diploma of the nominee.

口 Proof of notable achievements by the nominee (preferably within 20 pages).

口 Police criminal record certificate (showing no criminal record in the past five years).

口 Personal Data Consent Form.

(Please bind all documents in A4 size.)

 

Recognition Method:
Outstanding alumni will be publicly honored and awarded medals during the annual school anniversary ceremony.
