【Internship Unit】Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts
【Internship Target】Those who have a special need and interest in practical training related to the art museum, including graduate students from universities and colleges, undergraduate students, and members of the public, can submit an application to the museum's Education and Public Services Department (hereinafter referred to as the accepting unit).

【Internship Period】The internship dates and times are fixed; those who cannot fully participate should not apply：
 １、Summer Internship：
 (１)Internship Dates：From July 2 (Tuesday) to August 30 (Friday).
 (２)Internship Hours：The internship schedule is from Monday to Friday, or from Tuesday to Saturday.
 ２、Fall Internship：
 (１)Internship Dates：From July 2 (Tuesday) to November 22 (Friday).
 (２)Internship Hours：The internship schedule is from Monday to Friday, or from Tuesday to Saturday.
For the internship hours, please refer to the Internship Student Demand Table (Attachment 1). The daily internship duration is set at 8 hours. According to the museum's internship operational guidelines (Attachment 2), if the total internship hours do not reach 200 hours, or if the total hours of leave (including personal leave, sick leave, and absenteeism) exceed 64 hours, the museum will not issue an internship certificate.

【Internship Stipend】No salary will be provided during the internship period, and students are responsible for their own transportation, meals, and accommodation costs.

【Registration Documents】

1. One official application letter or two recommendation letters from the school (including the department) (choose one of the two options).
2. One copy of the completed application form
3. Autobiography (including reasons for the internship, etc.)
4. Internship Plan, including internship objectives, projects, methods, duration, etc.

【Registration Method】
(1)Please prepare the above materials and submit them to the Career Counseling and Alumni Services Center of our school by April 12. Late submissions will not be accepted.
(2)Prepare the above materials，自Please provide two recommendation letters for your application and submit them by April 30 (postmark will be considered). You may mail or deliver them in person to the Education and Public Services Department of this office. Please indicate 'Internship Application Materials' on the outside of the envelope.

【Important Notes】
(1)Internships are limited to a single intensive session and may not be divided into multiple segments. The starting date is based on the announcement date, and the total internship hours must not be less than 200 hours by the end of the internship.
