【Youth Employment Master Class - Youth Talent Program】
For the application in both the first and second halves of the year, we suggest organizing three sessions, which can be held on different days or consecutively on the same day. Besides the currently available time slots, you can also fill in your preferred times based on the school's class schedule. In addition to continuing and refining the beneficial courses from the previous year, we are introducing the following three innovative and practical course themes based on student needs and feedback:
Youth Financial Management: In an era of low wages and rising prices, mastering savings, investments, and debt management is crucial for students entering the workforce. Strong financial management not only provides job security but also offers young people greater flexibility in career planning.
Creative Thinking: In today's information-rich environment, the modern workplace values creativity alongside hard skills. Guided by instructors, students will expand their thinking, vision, and possibilities through innovative exercises.
Advancement Lecture Series: With rapid technological advancements and industry transformations, new industries and future job opportunities are emerging. Courses that align with modern trends will help students seize career opportunities and explore unexpected career paths.

【Youth Employment Masterclass Program - Essential 15 Courses for Youth】
A two-day career program featuring a comprehensive and diverse deep learning workshop. The plan includes five career courses, one company visit, and one celebrity talk. Through in-depth learning, practical experiences, and sharing of personal stories, the activities aim to inspire students' imagination about their future careers and help turn that vision into reality, marking their career milestones.
Career Courses: The program features a main theme (three mandatory courses) complemented by a sub-theme (two elective courses), focusing on enhancing students' career competitiveness from hard skills to soft skills in physical, mental, and spiritual aspects.
Company Visits: Company visits take students from traditional local businesses to high-tech information industries, allowing them to step out of the classroom and directly experience the workplace environment through their senses.
Expert Talks: Experts, professionals, celebrities, and even influencers are invited to share their personal career experiences with students face-to-face, inspiring them with role models and encouraging them to boldly pursue their dreams.
