【Internship Candidates】Students currently enrolled in domestic and international universities in departments related to the internship needs of the museum are eligible to apply.
【Internship Period】From July 1, 2024, to September 1, 2024, with a minimum of 160 hours required for the internship.
【Internship Units】A total of 11 summer interns are needed for 2024, with positions in the Research and Collections Department, Exhibition Planning Department, Education and Promotion Department, Resource Development Department, and the main museum office, as detailed in the attachment.

【Internship Stipend】The internship at the museum is educational in nature; therefore, the museum does not provide any compensation or benefits (including stipends, transportation, meals, and accommodation) and does not insure labor insurance, national health insurance, labor pension insurance, or occupational accident insurance.
【Other Benefits】
1.The museum provides travel safety insurance for students during the internship period.
2.During the internship period, interns enjoy employee discounts at the Tainan Art Museum's self-operated store (excluding discounted items) and free parking at the parking lot.

【Application Form Documents】
Students from domestic and international universities in departments related to the museum's operations may apply for the internship by submitting the following documents individually or through their school during the recruitment period:
1.Complete the「Tainan Art Museum 2024 Summer Internship Application Form for College Students」.
2.Sign the「Tainan Art Museum Personal Data Collection Consent Form」.
3.Personal resume(format is flexible).
4.Internship Plan(including internship objectives, items, methods, duration, expected internship department, and anticipated outcomes).
5.If the applicant's department requires the museum to sign related consent forms or other documents, the applicant should explain this during the application process and provide the relevant documents for the museum's approval(if not applicable, these do not need to be included)。
【Application Method】
1.Mail:If applying by mail, please send your application to Ms. Lin at the Education and Promotion Department(No. 1, Section 2, Zhongyi Road, West Central District, Tainan City)before April 5. Please indicate「2024 Summer Internship Application_(include your name and the department you are applying to」,in the subject line of the letter. The receipt date will be based on the postmark.
2.In-Person Delivery:If you choose to deliver your application in person, please submit it to the staff entrance control room of the 2nd Museum(across from No. 26, Youai Street, West Central District, Tainan City)by 5:00 PM on April 5.
