1. Position: University-Hired Assistant (2 openings).
2. Job Responsibilities:
(1) Assistant 1:
- Oversee procurement system input promotion, optimization, and serve as the sole contact for related services.
- Draft and manage documents for administrative units (Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, and International Office) for cases under 1.5 million, including visa applications and receipt reviews (for amounts below 150,000).
- Issue, bind, and manage vouchers for administrative units (including Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, and International Office).
- Manage various systems and websites of the Accounting Office (including announcements and regulation updates).
- Other temporary tasks as assigned. Key performance indicator: Effectively enhance the efficiency of budget reporting and cashier payment operations through the widespread input of procurement sources.
(2) Assistant 2:
- Oversee the planning for voucher reduction.
- Manage overdue project closure.
- Ensure accounting information is compliant with audit requirements.
- Manage the University Social Responsibility (USR) project, including drafts, supervision (for amounts under 1.5 million), and the review and binding of income-expenditure reports and vouchers.
- Issue and bind vouchers for the USR project.
- Assist with cash accounting audit tasks.
- Assist with organizing the annual Accounting Office workshop.
- Handle other temporary assignments. Key performance indicator: Achieve a 10% voucher reduction target.
3. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a recognized university or college.
- Proficient in general document handling and Office software. Preference for candidates with backgrounds in business or accounting, or familiarity with university fund accounting systems.
4. Salary: Based on the school's salary scale for full-time assistants (Level 6, NT$35,200 per month), with labor and health insurance benefits.
5. Employment period: Starting from the actual report date, with a 1-month probationary period. Upon passing, the contract will be extended until December 31, 2024, based on annual performance review results.
