Related Operations Description:
 (1)Internship Dates and Times are as follows, if you are unable to accommodate these times, please do not apply:
 1. Internship Dates:From January 23, 113 (Tuesday) to June 7 (Friday).
 2. Internship Hours:The internship schedule is from Monday to Friday or from Tuesday to Saturday.
 3. For internship hours, please refer to the Internship Student Requirements Form (Attachment 1). The daily internship hours are capped at 8 hours. According to the museum's internship operational guidelines (Attachment 2), if the total internship hours do not reach 200 hours or if the cumulative leave hours (including personal leave, sick leave, and unexcused absences) exceed 64 hours, no internship certificate will be issued.
 (2)Application Deadline:By October 31, 112 (postmark as proof). Please mail or deliver the application to the museum's administrative area (Education and Public Services Department), and be sure to indicate on the envelope that it is an internship application.
 (3)Announcement of Admission Results:  1. The results will be announced on the official website of this institution by November 30, 2023(www.kmfa.gov.tw)。
 2. Anyone wishing to participate in the internship at this institution must possess basic computer operation skills and apply for registration according to the internship guidelines provided by this institution. The application documents are as follows:
 (1)One copy of the internship application form.
 (2)A formal letter from the school (including the department) addressed to this institution, or two letters of recommendation, one of the two options must be provided.
 (3)Autobiography (including reasons for applying for the internship, format is flexible).
 (4)An internship plan, including internship objectives, projects, methods, duration, etc.
 3. The parking lot on Art East Second Road at this institution is a paid parking facility. During the internship period, interns must pay to park their cars here. For motorcycle parking, please apply for parking discounts according to the regulations.  4. Attached are the Spring 2024 Internship Needs List (Attachment 1) and the Internship Guidelines (including the internship application form as Attachment 2).

Students who are submitting a letter from the school as supporting documentation, please be advised to prepare the application form, personal statement, and internship plan by 5 PM on October 13, 2023 (Friday), and submit them to the Career Counseling and Alumni Services Center (R446) at the school.
