Job Description and Requirements:

1. Qualifications:

   • Open to both male and female applicants. Males must have completed military service.
   • Must have a motorcycle license (125cc) and a car license, with personal motorcycle transportation.
   • Assist the owner with daily tasks and other assignments, ensuring tasks are implemented properly. Currently, the role involves assisting with factory construction projects; company will provide training.
   • Must be hardworking, resilient, and able to work under pressure. Immediate availability is preferred.
   • Recent graduates are welcome; must be willing to learn and follow supervisor instructions. Company will provide training and assist with obtaining relevant certifications.

2. Salary:

   • Starting salary: NT$30,000 for the first 1-3 months.
   • If performance is satisfactory, salary will increase to NT$33,000 for months 4-6, and NT$36,000 for months 7-12.
   • After 1 year, further salary adjustments will be considered.

3. Benefits:

   • Labor insurance and health insurance are provided.
   • 6% labor pension contribution.

4. Working Hours:

   • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM, or 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM (adjusted based on weather conditions).
   • Saturdays are flexible, with rest days scheduled accordingly.
