- Teach and lead in high-need areas for 2 years, making a positive impact on students' lives.
- Guaranteed average monthly salary of NT$40,000 throughout the 2-year program.
- This year, two new elective university programs have been added to address diverse needs in the field.

- 700 days of hands-on practice: Learn by doing, developing leadership and teaching skills.
