【Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI)】 plans to conduct the "Offshore Wind Power Talent Development Program" starting December 2, 2024, to help youth develop technical skills and transition to employment.

To address job skill changes due to the net-zero transition and align with Taiwan's wind power policies, the "Offshore Wind Power Talent Development Program" will be held from December 2, 2024, to January 22, 2025, to train unemployed youth and boost their employment prospects.
Eligibility: Unemployed youth aged 15-29. The program includes a government subsidy (participants pay NT$10,000; those employed within 3 months can apply for reimbursement) and labor insurance. Attendees meeting attendance requirements will receive a monthly NT$8,000 training allowance.
