1. The university's Continuing Education Center is hosting the Ministry of Labor's 2024 Industry New Talent Program to strengthen youth skills through professional training, focusing on cross-disciplinary expertise and career transition support.

2. Three courses will be offered starting in June:

(1) "Semiconductor Packaging Industry Talent Training (Phase 3)" from June 17 to August 23 (291 hours).

(2) "Solar Power Technician Training (Phase 5)" from June 24 to August 15 (240 hours).

(3) "Smart Manufacturing & Robotic Arm Certification Training" from June 28 to September 6 (278 hours).

3. The program is open to unemployed youth aged 15 to 29, including continuing education students.

4. Eligible participants may receive subsidies of up to NT$100,000, according to the training fee standards set by the Ministry of Labor's Workforce Development Agency. During the training period, participants can receive a monthly learning allowance of up to NT$8,000, as per the "Unemployed Youth Pre-employment Training Guidelines."
