The Securities and Futures Market Development Foundation is organizing the 113th academic year (10th session) "Financial Employment Public Service Class for College Students."

  1. In response to the Financial Supervisory Commission's encouragement for the financial industry to engage in social welfare, Taiwan Depository and Clearing Corporation, along with financial, securities, and futures sectors, will host the "Financial Employment Public Service Class for College Students" (hereinafter referred to as the program). Since the 104th academic year, it has been held for 9 sessions. The 10th session in the 113th academic year will be conducted at 9 universities across Taiwan, offering free financial professional courses to 50–80 financially disadvantaged students per class. The program aims to enhance students' financial employment competitiveness and provide employment matching after completion.

  2. The course consists of 170 hours, including 147 hours of training, 9 hours of certification exams, and 14 hours of post-assessment. It is aimed at economically disadvantaged college graduates (class of June 2024). Graduate students who meet the criteria, as well as students with disabilities, can also audit the courses. The program will run from September 2023 to March 2024 at the 9 participating universities.

  3. Please assist in promoting the program on your university’s website, social media, or student groups, and encourage eligible students to apply.
