1. To help young students develop job readiness, smoothly transition into the job market after graduation, and secure stable employment in Changhua, the following incentive subsidy programs have been established:
(1) Youth Workplace Internship and Salary Boost Program: During their studies, students can find internship opportunities and successful interview matches through the "Changhua Youth Innovation Internship Station" (https://reurl.cc/qZMGRN). If they continue to work for the same company after graduation, they will receive a monthly employment incentive of NT$2,000 for up to 6 months (total NT$12,000).
(2) Youth Stable Employment Program: For graduates who take up full-time, monthly-paid jobs in the county for the first time, an employment incentive of NT$2,000 per month is provided for up to 6 months (total NT$12,000).
(3) Youth Return-to-Hometown Employment & Student Loan Interest Subsidy Program: Youth who are registered in Changhua and have applied for student loans during their studies can receive interest subsidies for up to 24 months after graduation, provided they work full-time in the county.
