1. According to the Ministry of Labor's Letter No. 1130509595A dated July 11, 2024.

2. The announcement is issued in line with the June 14 revision of "Qualifications and Review Standards for Foreigners Engaging in Work under Article 46, Paragraph 1, Items 1-6 of the Employment Services Act," updating the annual quota, application period, required documents, and permit issuance process. The previous announcement (No. 1120519077B dated December 14, 2023) is no longer applicable.

3. This is critical information regarding employment for overseas Chinese students in Taiwan after graduation. Please assist in promoting it.
