【Internship Content】
『Airport Operations』Assist with passenger check-in counters, use of self-service check-in kiosks, guide passengers in the check-in process, direct them to baggage check-in areas, waiting rooms, and provide direction for flight delays by following airport supervisor instructions. (Songshan Airport, Taichung Airport, Penghu Airport, Kinmen Airport)
『Airport Service』Perform cabin cleaning tasks, assist with aircraft loading and unloading, assign and transport luggage and cargo, and assist in flight ground services under the supervision of the airport. (Penghu Airport)
『Customer Service』Answer passenger calls and emails, assist with booking services using reservation systems, and follow instructions to help with on-site situations. (Taipei Headquarters - Customer Service)
【Internship Stipend】Monthly scholarship of NT$28,590 (no stipend during winter vacation).
【Other Benefits】The company provides labor insurance；For interns in outlying islands, the company will provide flight tickets at the start and end of the internship. After three months, discounted tickets will be provided for round-trip travel.
【Application Qualifications】
(1) Must be 20 years old or older and a full-time student with Taiwanese nationality.
(2) Submit the most recent academic transcript.
(3) Must have an average grade of 80 or above (including conduct scores) and no disciplinary records.
(4) For Songshan Airport / Taichung Airport: Must have a TOEIC score of 550 or above (or equivalent English proficiency test score) from within the last two years (score report after 12/09/2022).(Please refer to the internship application guidelines for more details)
【Screening Time】Applicants who pass the qualification review will be notified about the registration process through the school's designated window.
【Important Notes】
(1) Due to the internship schedule, students will not be able to attend regular classes. Please evaluate your class schedule accordingly.
(2) Applications must be submitted through the university’s Career Services and Alumni Center/academic departments. Individual student applications will not be accepted.
(3) This industry-academia collaboration is a joint recruitment process, and appropriate internship positions will be assigned based on interview results. Please review the two internship positions carefully. The company reserves the final decision to modify, terminate, or change the internship details.
(4) Accommodation and transportation for outlying island locations are the responsibility of the intern.
