1. Event name: 2025 National Kinmen University Campus Talent Expo

2. Purpose of the activity:

National Kinmen University is located in Kinmen County, an outlying island of Taiwan, far away from the main island of Taiwan. In order to provide more job opportunities for our students and Kinmen County residents, the 2025 Campus Career Expo will be held. This event invites companies from all walks of life across Taiwan to set up recruitment booths. Employers can personally select talents who fit the company culture, allowing fresh graduates from our school to have the opportunity to find employment immediately and reduce the pressure of job hunting after graduation. During the event, a resume health check booth was set up, and GCDF global career development experts were invited to provide professional advice and career guidance to job seekers to solve difficult problems in the job search process. By enhancing employment matching opportunities, we promote diverse interactions between students and companies to achieve the ideal of making full use of talents. At the same time, we deepen cooperation between the business community and academia, create more internship and employment guidance opportunities, and help local economic and social development.

2. Target applicants:

(1) Enterprise recruitment:

1. Only companies that offer wages above the minimum wage stipulated by the Labor Standards Law will be accepted.

2. Enterprises  that have not been approved by the local government, have been reported, have unclear business operations, have multi-level marketing operations, or have other bad records will not be accepted.

3. In order to ensure the rights and interests of job seekers and exhibitors, management consulting firms and manpower dispatching firms must be specifically recruiting for enterprises/public departments, and the recruitment information must be complete and transparent.

(2) Public welfare organizations: Only social organizations, professional organizations, international offices, and international civil organizations legally registered by the Ministry of the Interior will be accepted.

3. Points to note for registration:

(a) After the online registration is completed, the enterprise recruitment vendors and public welfare units that have passed the audit will receive [notification of successful registration], if you do not receive a notification letter, please call 082-313741 (Ms. Auyang), 313314 (Ms. Wu).

(b) The Expo will not charge for venue, equipment, etc.

4. Colorful gifts:

(a) We welcome talent vendors and public service organizations to sponsor the Expo's colorful gifts to increase the event's popularity and exposure.

V. Registration Schedule:

            

Booth Planning

A. The planning of the Expo is expected to set up 55 booths for enterprises to recruit talents, 8 to 10 booths for public welfare units, booths for Gimen Employment Center, booths for resume self-passing health check service, activity service counter, and resume writing area.

B. Booth specifications:

(A) [Corporate Recruitment] is set up in the basketball court of the school's gymnasium, and the activity space of each booth is about 250 wide * 250 deep (cm); it will be divided into areas according to the industry categories that are filled out by the applicants, and the actual area scope depends on the status of the application; after the industry areas are divided, the location of the booths will be determined by the school's drawing of lots, and the booth number and location will be announced separately after the scheduling. (Refer to the diagram below)

(B)Public Welfare UnitIt is located at the entrance and exit of our school's gymnasium and welcome corridor, about 250W*250D (cm), the location of the booth will be determined by our school's drawing of lots, and the number and location of the booth will be announced separately after it is scheduled. (Refer to the diagram below)

 

(C) Booth basic configuration:

1. Each booth will be equipped with a backboard, a long table, 3~4 chairs, and a three-hole 110V socket. If you need extension cords, adapters and other equipment, please prepare them yourself. The backboard of the booth will be labeled with the name of the booth, booth number, logo, and brief introduction of the recruiting company or public welfare organization, and if it is a recruiting booth, it will be printed together with the items and number of job vacancies. (Refer to the picture below)

2. The principle is to provide 3 Chinese lunches for each of the staff of the recruitment booths and public welfare organizations.

3. In addition to the above equipment provided by the University, recruitment vendors, public interest groups can prepare their own equipment and publicity required during the event, if you need to mail in advance, please send it out during the period of 2025/5/2(Fri)-16(Fri), the information of receipt: No. 1, University Road, Jinning Township, Kinmen County, 892009 / Employment Counseling and Alumni Service Center, Ms. Au-Yeung received / 082-313741, please note that “2025 Kinmen University Campus Recruitment - (enterprise name or public interest unit name)”. Please note “2025 Jinnian University Campus Recruitment - (Name of Enterprise or Public Welfare Organization)”.

4. It is recommended to use cloth tape or non-marking tape for posting posters, and it is prohibited to use foam transparent tape, etc. If there is any residual glue or other damage, you will have to compensate for the damage yourself.

Notes on the activities

1. Please be sure to attend the entire event and the following is prohibited:

(A) No commercial behavior is allowed on site.

(B) Please do not use microphones or amplifiers to create noise, so as not to interfere with other exhibitors.

(C) The distribution of non-exhibiting literature is strictly prohibited inside and outside the event venue, as well as at entrances and exits and other public places.

(D) Smoking is strictly prohibited in the whole school area.

2. In order to track the employment status of job seekers and to provide follow-up employment services, the organizer requests manufacturers participating in this job search to help them check whether or not to make a preliminary offer of employment on their resume and job search registration form, and to provide this form to the booth of the Kinmen Employment Center at the end of the event for copying, so as to compile a record of the job seekers' information and their acceptance status. (The resume and registration form are shown at the bottom of this page.)

3. The venue is not responsible for the safety of exhibits during the event period. Exhibitors are advised to take out their own exhibit safety insurance during the exhibition period to ensure the safety of their exhibits.

4. The University reserves the right to review, decide and change the regulations of the Career Expo, and has the right to make explanations and rulings.
