Job Title：Travel Platform Customer Service Specialist

Location：Kinmen County Government

Job Description

1. Responsible for one-stop traveler services, assisting in copywriting, taking photos of stores and uploading articles.

2. Assist in updating information and answering questions.

3. Assist in updating and maintaining the website platform.

※This job requires communication, carefulness, patience, strong logic, and no barriers to communication.

Salary: $30,000~34,000

Labor and health insurance: Yes

Working hours: 8:00~17:30, lunch break 12:00~13:30

Specialties or qualifications:

1. Proactive, optimistic, responsible and good at communication.

2. Good communication skills. Meticulous work, basic word processing skills (Word, Powerpoint, Excel).

3. Must have own motorcycle to visit stores (gas subsidy).

4. Experience in implementing government programs or working in a government department is preferred.

5. Digital content management (simple photography, editing, post-production) and tourism marketing skills are a plus.
