Assist in writing and posting of job vacancies

Source and screen potential candidates' resumes through various channels (e.g., recruiting websites, social media, referrals, and other recruiting platforms)

Conduct phone/video interviews to screen candidates

Work closely with Sales Director to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.

Assist HR Manager in developing, planning and implementing HR strategies and programs.

Manage and maintain recruiting and administrative systems and databases.

Participate in company branding activities and represent the company in recruiting sessions and campus recruiting.

Assist and participate in the organization of company events and staff social activities.

Specialties or qualifications:

At least 1-2 years of experience as a recruiter or similar position

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field
