I. Event Name: 2025 National Kinmen University Campus Recruitment Fair
II. Purpose of the Event:
National Kinmen University is located on Kinmen Island, an outlying area of Taiwan, far from the main island. To provide more job opportunities for the university's students and the residents of Kinmen County, the 2025 Campus Recruitment Fair is being organized.
This event invites businesses from various industries across Taiwan to set up recruitment booths, enabling employers to personally select talent that aligns with their corporate culture. It also gives graduating students the chance for immediate employment, alleviating the pressure of job hunting after graduation.
During the event, there will be resume consultation booths, and GCDF-certified Global Career Development Facilitators will offer professional advice and career counseling to address challenges faced in the job search process.
By enhancing employment matchmaking opportunities, the event aims to foster diverse interactions between students and companies, achieving the ideal of placing talents in the right roles. At the same time, it seeks to deepen collaborations between the corporate and academic sectors, creating more opportunities for internships and job guidance, thereby contributing to local economic and social development.

X. Registration Information
1. Registration Period: From now until 5:00 PM, Friday, February 14, 2025. Registration is available online.

2. Registration Target:
(a). Company Recruitment:
Only companies offering a salary above the minimum wage as stipulated by the Labor Standards Act will be accepted.
Companies that are "not approved by the Taiwanese government, have been reported, have unclear business operations, are multi-level marketing businesses, or have other negative records" will not be accepted.
(b). Non-profit Organizations: Only social organizations, professional associations, international offices, and international non-governmental organizations that are legally registered with the Ministry of the Interior will be accepted.
3. Registration Notes:
(a). After completing the online registration, companies and non-profit organizations that pass the review will receive a [Successful Registration Notification]. If you do not receive the notification, please feel free to contact us at 082-313741 (Ms. Ouyang) or 313314 (Ms. Wu).
(b). There are no fees for the venue, equipment, or other expenses for this exhibition.
4. Lucky Draw Prizes:
(a). We welcome recruitment companies and non-profit organizations to sponsor the lucky draw prizes for this exhibition, which will help increase the event's excitement and enhance their own visibility.
XI. Booth Layout/Planning
1. This exhibition plans to set up 55 company recruitment booths, 8 to 10 non-profit organization promotion booths, a Kinmen Employment Center promotion booth, a resume and self-description review service booth, an event service desk, and a resume writing area.
2. Booth Specifications:
(a). [Company Recruitment] will be set up at the basketball court of the university's gymnasium. Each booth will have an activity space approximately 250 cm in width and 250 cm in depth. The booths will be grouped by industry category based on the information provided during registration. The actual area divisions will depend on the number of registrations. After the industry zones are determined, booth locations will be assigned through a lottery conducted by the university. The booth numbers and locations will be announced separately after the draw. (b). [Non-profit Organizations] will be set up at the entrance and the welcome corridor of the university's gymnasium, with each booth having an area of approximately 250 cm in width and 250 cm in depth. The booth locations will be assigned through a lottery conducted by the university. The booth numbers and locations will be announced separately after the draw. (Refer to the diagram below)
(c). Basic Booth Configuration:
Recruiting companies and non-profit organization booth personnel will be provided with lunch boxes on the day of the event, with 3 boxes per booth as the standard.
In addition to the equipment provided by the university as mentioned above, recruiting companies and non-profit organizations may bring their own equipment and promotional materials needed during the event. XII. Event Notes
1. Full participation is required throughout the event, and the following behaviors are prohibited:
(a). Commercial activities are not allowed on-site.
(b). Please refrain from using microphones or amplifiers that may create noise and disturb other exhibitors.
(c). It is strictly prohibited to distribute promotional materials unrelated to the exhibition within the event venue, entrances, and public areas.
(d). Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire university campus.
2. To track the employment status of job seekers and provide follow-up employment services, the organizer requests that participating recruitment companies assist by marking in the "Employer Comments" section of the job seekers' resumes and registration forms whether preliminary hiring has been made. At the end of the event, these forms should be submitted to the Kinmen Employment Center booth for photocopying, in order to compile records of the job seekers' information and hiring status. 3. The event venue will not be responsible for the safety of exhibitors' items. Exhibitors are advised to secure insurance for the safety of their exhibits during the event.
4. The university reserves the right to review, decide, and amend the regulations related to this recruitment fair, as well as the right to interpret and make final decisions.
