   • Base Salary: From NT$43,000
   • Night Shift Allowance:
     • Evening shift: NT$1,050/day
     • Night shift: NT$1,650/day
     • If both shifts are combined for more than 15 days: Evening shift NT$1,250/day, Night shift NT$1,950/day
   • Holiday Bonuses:
     • Dragon Boat Festival: 0.5 month
     • Mid-Autumn Festival: 0.5 month
     • Year-end: 1.5 months
   • Retention Bonus:
     • 2 years: NT$80,000
