The Hsinchu County Government, in collaboration with businesses and universities, has created a youth employment internship platform since 2023. It offers digital innovation courses, company matching, and internship support. The program has achieved remarkable results, with many outstanding youth receiving full-time opportunities after completing their internships, creating a win-win situation for both businesses and youth employment. This year, the platform is inviting more companies to provide internship opportunities and expanding its promotion to include youth from Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miaoli, aiming to reduce the gap between academic learning and work experience, and create more diverse job opportunities for youth.
