To promote labor participation among middle-aged and elderly individuals, the Workforce Development Agency of the Ministry of Labor is implementing the "5050 Employment Network Cooperation Subsidy" program. This initiative encourages affiliated agencies of eight major ministries to submit proposals, collaborate in advocating for the re-utilization of middle-aged and elderly human resources, and support enterprises in hiring and assisting retirees in returning to the workforce.
This information session will share current experiences and case studies, as well as facilitate face-to-face discussions with various organizations.
