【Recruitment】2025 Campus Recruitment Fair Part-time Staff
Students interested in event support are welcome to join! Please read the following details carefully before registering to ensure you can fully comply.

1. Part-time Work Guidelines

  • You must be available for the entire work shift; the end time is subject to actual conditions. If necessary, you may leave at the scheduled time, but early departure without notice is not allowed.
  • Work assignments will be randomly allocated and cannot be changed.

2. Job Responsibilities

Pre-event Setup: Gymnasium setup and restoration, poster placement, and event material arrangement.
During the Event:

  • Service Desk: Distributing materials, managing items, assisting employers and job seekers.
  • Photography & Check-in Area: Managing the check-in area, assisting with mascot photography.
  • Event Team: Managing opening activities, lucky draws, and external traffic control.

3. Compensation

  • Hourly wage is based on the current minimum wage and will be calculated according to actual check-in and check-out times.

4. Work Schedule

  • 5/16 (Fri) 08:30-18:30 |Venue setup for the fair
  • 5/19 (Mon) 07:30-18:30 |Venue setup & employer check-in
  • 5/20 (Tue) 07:30-19:00 |On-site event support

5. Registration
