1. Target Participants:

(1) University graduates in fields related to Child and Adolescent Welfare, Early Childhood Education, Childcare, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Special Education, Crime Prevention, Home Economics, or Social Welfare, with at least 2 years of work experience in social welfare agencies or institutions.

(2) University graduates with professional qualifications in one of the following fields: Childcare Personnel, Early Intervention Personnel, Care Personnel, Life Counseling Personnel, Psychological Counseling Personnel, Social Workers, and with at least 3 years of work experience in social welfare agencies or institutions.

(3) College graduates with professional qualifications in one of the following fields: Childcare Personnel, Early Intervention Personnel, Care Personnel, Life Counseling Personnel, Psychological Counseling Personnel, Social Workers, and with at least 4 years of work experience in social welfare agencies or institutions.

2. This program applies to professional qualifications for personnel in child and adolescent welfare institutions: Supervisors of daycare centers, early intervention institutions, residential and foster care institutions, psychological counseling or family consultation institutions, and other child and adolescent welfare institution supervisors.

3. The certificate issued by this course is not applicable to the professional personnel as defined by the "Early Childhood Education and Care Act."
