As a high-end headhunting and HR strategy consulting brand, we focus on opening new opportunities for both companies and talent. Couture is the first firm to center its proprietary Luxury-Thinking® know-how and service value in executive search and HR consulting.
Our goal is to provide forward-thinking, people-centered experiences for industry leaders and corporate HR. Whether through mid-to-senior executive search, short- or long-term staffing, or HR management services, we uphold Luxury-Thinking®, delivering boutique-level precision.

2025 Management Trainee & Internship Program – Candidate Requirements:
Management Trainees: Recent graduates or entry-level professionals.
Internship Program: University juniors or seniors.
Interested in luxury, cosmetics, FMCG, or retail industries.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Motivated for personal growth and enjoys challenging work.
Curious about career development in HR.
Management trainees: full-time, 5 days/week.
Interns: minimum 3 days/week availability.
