Dear All:
To enhance youth’s international mobility and broaden their global perspective, the Ministry of Education has been implementing the Dream-Building Overseas Study Program since 2007. To help more young students understand this program, the Ministry invites student representatives of the program to share their overseas study and internship experiences on September 5, 2025, at 2:00 PM. Beyond pursuing studies and research in their professional fields, these students actively participate in international affairs, experience cultural characteristics of different countries, and convey Taiwan’s warmth and friendliness to people worldwide. Each participant serves as a youth ambassador for public diplomacy. We welcome all students interested in studying or interning abroad, and those eager to challenge themselves internationally, to attend and gain first-hand insights from the program. Through others’ experiences, you will have the opportunity to realize your dreams and create a unique life blueprint. The Dream-Building Overseas Study Program looks forward to your presence.

1. Event Date: September 5, 2025 (Friday), starting at 2:00 PM (Registration open from 1:15–1:45 PM; no entry allowed after 1:45 PM). Attendees are required to enter early.

2. Event Venue: Ministry of Education, 5th Floor Auditorium (No. 5, Zhongshan South Road, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City)

3. Event Overview: To encourage domestic college and university students to study at foreign institutions or intern at overseas enterprises, expand opportunities for youth to participate in international exchanges and cooperative activities, and cultivate professionals with international vision and practical experience, the Ministry of Education holds an annual sharing session for award recipients of the Dream-Building Overseas Study Program. Outstanding awardees will receive certificates, and share their overseas study or internship experiences.

Seats for the press conference are limited. Please register early. Registration deadline: August 29, 2025, 5:00 PM.

In line with government environmental policies, attendees are requested to bring their own reusable cups and chopsticks. No paper cups, bottled water, or beverages will be provided on site.
