2. This program provides 60 summer (July–August) work-study positions in the Chiayi City Government and its affiliated agencies, with a monthly salary of NT$28,590. Online registration is open from now until April 15. Registration can be done via Chiayi City Government → Online Services → Integrated Digital Application Platform → Search for “Work-Study.”

3. Eligibility requirements:

(1) Students must be registered residents of Chiayi City for more than 3 months (as of April 1, 2025; i.e., registered on or before January 1, 2025). Low-income, lower-middle-income, or students with disability certification are exempt from the residency period requirement (must be residents at the time of registration).

(2) Must meet the major and skill requirements of the hiring unit, and currently enrolled in domestic higher education institutions: university programs (1st year to 3rd-year 2nd semester), 2-year programs (1st-year to 2nd-year 2nd semester), or 5-year junior college programs (4th-year to 5th-year 2nd semester). Excluded are students who have not yet enrolled, current graduates, night school students, open university students, weekend program students, credit-based program students, overseas Chinese or foreign students, graduate students, and those previously employed under the Chiayi City Youth Summer Work-Study Program.
