National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, in cooperation with the major Japanese semiconductor company DISCO, will carry out an internship program for the 2025 academic year, with plans to select 4 students to intern in Tokyo.

Program Information

(1) Eligibility: Applicants must be current undergraduate or graduate students in engineering, electrical, or computer science-related fields; possess Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or above; demonstrate a proactive personality; be recommended by their home university; and pass the interview conducted by DISCO.

(2) Internship Period: The winter internship will take place from January to February 2026, with internship locations including both Taipei and Tokyo offices.

(3) Support Provided: Selected interns will receive subsidies from the university for round-trip economy class airfare to Japan and partial living expenses during their stay in Japan. Accommodation in Japan and wages during the Taipei internship will be provided by DISCO.
