【Hsinchu County Government】Our government is conducting the 114th Year "Strengthening Social Safety Net Phase II Plan" part-time assistant public recruitment, encouraging qualified students to actively apply.

  1. In order to enhance the employment and professional inheritance of personnel for the "Strengthening Social Safety Net Phase II Plan," and to strengthen social work students’ understanding of the Social Safety Net Plan, this plan aims to increase part-time work opportunities for students who are in the second semester of their third year or above in undergraduate social work-related departments or are graduate students in colleges and universities. This is to enhance their workplace internship and practical experience, serving as a foundation for cultivating social work talents.

  2. Recruitment information for this plan is as follows:

(1) Recruitment period: From September 8 to September 22, Year 114 (Minguo calendar).

(2) Recruitment targets: Students enrolled in the second semester of their third year or above in undergraduate social work-related departments or graduate students in colleges and universities as announced by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, who must possess a motor vehicle driver’s license.

(3) Number of recruits: 6 persons.

(4) Employment period: Up to one and a half years (including winter and summer vacations).

(5) Working hours: At least 4 hours per shift, at least 60 hours and up to 120 hours per month.

(6) Work locations: 1 person at the Social Affairs Department of this government and 1 person at each of the five social welfare centers in the county’s districts.

(7) Salary and benefits: The hourly wage is NT$230. Leave, labor insurance, health insurance, and other labor conditions shall be handled in accordance with the “Labor Standards Act” and the “Precautions for Employing Part-Time Workers” and other relevant labor laws and regulations.
