1. The Economic Daily News Department of United Daily News Co., Ltd. is hosting the 9th “Entrepreneurship Star” Contest, inviting teams from universities and colleges to participate.

2. The purpose of this event is to discover Taiwan’s most promising future industry stars, accelerate entrepreneurship, and increase visibility. Outstanding and high-potential company teams will gain exposure, networking opportunities, and potential investment or collaboration.

3. This year’s contest includes a student category, following the same registration process as startup companies. Eligible participants are students enrolled in Ministry of Education-accredited universities and graduate schools in Taiwan.

6. Eligibility for the student category: Full-time students with ROC nationality enrolled in Ministry of Education-accredited Taiwanese universities (including daytime, evening, extension, credit courses, master’s, and doctoral programs; excluding in-service programs). Each team must have at least one faculty advisor.

7. Schools are encouraged to promote team participation. The champion team will receive a trophy and NT$50,000; two runner-up teams will receive trophies. Champion and runner-up teams may join the NTU Entrepreneurship Center Incubator Program. The Economic Daily will feature the winning teams in a full-page interview and report, valued at NT$300,000.
