【Internship Eligibility】Please refer to the Intern Requirements Form.
【Internship Period】
1、Internship Dates: From Tuesday, January 14, 2025, to Thursday, May 29, 2025.
2、Internship Schedule: The internship hours are Monday to Friday, or Tuesday to Saturday.
3、Internship Hours: Please refer to the Intern Requirements Form (Attachment 1). The daily internship hours are 8 hours. According to the Museum’s Internship Guidelines (Attachment 2), if the total internship hours are less than 200 hours or the total leave (including personal leave, sick leave, and absenteeism) reaches 64 hours or more, the Museum will not issue an internship certificate.
4、The full internship period is from Tuesday, January 14, 2025, to Thursday, May 29, 2025. Please do not apply if you expect to take more than 64 hours of leave or cannot commit to on-site internship.

【Internship Allowance】No salary is provided during the internship period. Students are responsible for their own transportation, meals, and accommodation expenses.

【Application Requirements】Applicants for the Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts internship must have basic computer skills and complete the application registration according to the Museum’s Internship Guidelines.
The required application documents are as follows:
(1)One copy of the internship application form.
(2)An official letter from your school (including department) addressed to the Museum using the proper official format, or two recommendation letters (recommenders’ identities are not restricted). Choose one of the two options.
(3)A personal statement (including reasons for applying for the internship; format is flexible).
(4)An internship plan, including objectives, tasks, methods, and duration.
【Application Method】
(1)If students wish to have the school issue an official letter as supporting documentation, they must submit the application form, personal statement, and internship plan to the Career Counseling and Alumni Service Center (Room R446) by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, October 15, 2024. Late submissions will not be accepted.
(2)If students apply by providing two recommendation letters on their own, please mail or deliver them in person to the Education and Public Services Department, Administration Area of the Museum by October 31, 2024 (postmark date applies). Please mark “Internship Application Materials” on the outside of the envelope.
The admission results are expected to be announced on the Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts website by November 30, 2024(www.kmfa.gov.tw)。

1、The Museum’s East 2nd Road surface parking lot is a paid parking area. Interns must pay for car parking during the internship. For motorcycles, parking discounts can be applied for according to regulations.
