To help youth better understand the workplace and plan their careers early, our foundation is implementing the program commissioned by the Youth Development Administration, Ministry of Education. During the summer break, students will participate in workplace experiences at community industries and nonprofit organizations related to social welfare across Taiwan. The program offers 750 learning-based opportunities for college and university students, aiming to enhance employability, career planning skills, and understanding of social responsibility. At the same time, participants can apply their professional knowledge, creativity, and energy to support local revitalization and sustainable community development.
The program registration DM is attached. Students can also visit the Youth Development Administration’s “RICH Workplace Experience Platform” (rich.yda.gov.tw) → Summer Community Workplace Experience → Job List to view openings and submit résumés. The experience period runs from July 1 to August 14, with a monthly salary of NT$28,590 provided by the Youth Development Administration, totaling NT$42,885 for 1.5 months.
