To meet the dual demand for both the quality and quantity of talent in today’s aviation industry, the 2025 “My Youth Aviation Era Summer Aviation Camp” by the Aviation Development Foundation is divided into three groups: “Pilots & Cabin Crew,” “Dispatchers & Air Traffic Controllers,” and “Ground Staff & Maintenance.” Each group will admit 30 outstanding participants, increasing the total annual training capacity to 90. This aims to prepare a more diverse and professional talent pool for Taiwan’s aviation industry.

Since its first edition in 2020, the “My Youth Aviation Era – Summer Aviation Camp” has successfully trained five cohorts of students. Over the past five years, the global aviation industry has undergone dramatic changes, placing greater emphasis on the resilience of aviation professionals.

As the aviation industry continues to grow, we deeply recognize the importance of outstanding young talent to its future.
