1. To encourage students to create video résumés that enhance workplace competitiveness, this competition aims to help participants learn how to use digital tools to present their professional background and future career plans, thereby improving their digital skills.

2. Submission and registration period: May 15 – September 15, 2025.

3. Eligibility:
(1) Open to all university and college students in Taiwan (non-English majors).
(2) Must hold Republic of China (Taiwan) nationality and not hold dual nationality.
(3) Must not have lived or studied (including study abroad, short-term study, or exchange) in an English-speaking country for more than one year.
(4) Individual competition format, limited to 50 participants, with 10 alternates. If the number of applicants exceeds the limit, acceptance will be based on registration order and qualification review.
