1. To help talented youth effectively connect with local businesses and acquire skills needed for current industry trends, the bureau organizes this program (hereinafter “the Program”), inviting over 100 local companies to participate, offering more than 500 job openings, and integrating career development resources. The Program aims to enhance youth workplace competitiveness and ensure a smooth transition into the job market.
2. Program Content:
(1) Employment Policy Summary: Provides a variety of career and employment support policies.
(2) Job Matching: Youth can apply for full-time or part-time positions via the Program website, as well as youth startup internships in Taipei, New Taipei, and Taoyuan. Participants can earn a 30-day practical training certificate, gaining work experience, practical skills, and enhancing employability.
(3) University Internship and Employment Information: Compiles career resources from 13 universities in Taoyuan, providing information on career counseling, internships, employment events, and helping youth access diverse career support services.
(4) Career Support: Offers resume review, career aptitude tests, work temperament assessments, interview experience sharing, and trending industry promotion to guide youth in connecting with future workplace trends and enhancing employability and career potential.
(5) Workplace Skills Courses: Three free AI-focused courses—“ChatGPT Driven: Python Quick Start,” “From Image to Virtual Human: AI Short Video Animation Introduction,” and “Generative AI x Design x Proposal Mastery”—open to all.
