1. Handled in accordance with Ministry of Labor letter No. 1140508392 dated June 11, 2025.

2. The program targets first-time job-seeking youth aged 15–29 who are not in school and have been unemployed for over 90 consecutive days (hereinafter “first-time job seekers”), providing employment assistance, job-seeking allowances, and employment incentives. The Workforce Development Agency branches of the Ministry of Labor offer career counseling, guidance, and job referrals. During the job search period, a monthly allowance of up to NT$15,000 is provided. After being employed for a certain period, an employment incentive of up to NT$20,000 is granted, totaling up to NT$45,000. 3. Please inform your school’s graduating students about this program through multiple channels, including email, SMS, student associations, career counseling units, department offices, and advisors.

4. Graduating or alumni students needing employment assistance can complete the survey (🔗https://survey.taiwanjobs.gov.tw/Internet/Index/survey.aspx). The Workforce Development Agency branches will assign staff to provide employment services.
