1. The 2025 National Technician Skills Certification electronic brochure has been published on 🔗 the Center’s website (https://www.wdasec.gov.tw) and 🔗 the Foundation for the Joint College Entrance Examination Center website (hereinafter referred to as the Subject Handling Unit) (https://skill.tcte.edu.tw). For details regarding each batch’s occupations, levels, temporarily suspended occupations, occupations offered next year, and other matters, please refer to the regulations in the above brochure.
2. The brochure for this batch of certification exams will be on sale from August 19 to September 4, 2025. Interested applicants can purchase it at FamilyMart convenience stores (there are two types of skills certification brochures: white packaging for National Skills Certification, brown kraft packaging for on-the-spot testing and certification; please pay attention when purchasing) or through the Skills Certification Center service counter, county/city brochure sales points, or the National Skills Certification mail-in registration center (for sales period inquiries, call 05-5360800 ext. 529 or visit 🔗 Test Information Website https://skill.tcte.edu.tw).
3. This year, registration is available via both paper and online channels. The 🔗 new National Online Registration System (https://gov.tw/USV) is paperless; printing paper forms is no longer required. Clicking “Submit Completed” completes the registration.
4. Registration period is August 26 to September 4, 2025. Except for applicants requesting special subsidies, exempted subjects, group registration, mainland Chinese degree students, family visit students, and three specific occupations (manual electric welding, argon tungsten welding, semi-automatic welding), all other occupations and levels can register via paper mail or online.
5. For paper mail registration, except for applicants temporarily exempt from fees, applicants must attach the original payment receipt to the registration form and send it via registered mail, courier, or parcel (including post office or convenience stores) within the registration period. The postmark or date stamp will be used as proof; late submissions will not be accepted.

6. Applicants who participated in the certification for the same occupation and level in 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025 and whose qualifications have not changed are exempt from submitting qualification documents. For paper registration, a copy of the subject or practical test transcript from any of these years must be attached. 7. The written subject test (including practical subjects administered the same day with written tests for non-exam-type occupations) for this batch will be held on November 2, 2025.
