  1. According to the Ministry of Labor’s official letter No. 1140515632 dated October 29, 2025.

  2. In accordance with Article 5, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph 6 of the Employment Service Act, employers recruiting employees must not: fail to disclose or inform the salary range when the regular monthly salary for a position is less than NT$40,000.

  3. To protect students’ job-seeking rights after graduation, please help promote and make this regulation widely known.
