一、Basis: 🔗Handled in accordance with the Key Points for Subsidizing Domestic Universities and Colleges to Encourage the Selection of Students to Study Abroad or Undertake Overseas Professional Internships (revised on November 4, 2025) by the Ministry of Education (hereinafter referred to as “these Key Points”).

二、Purpose：
(一)Xuehai Zhumu: Through international cooperation program channels, students are selected to undertake workplace internships at enterprises or institutions in countries other than the New Southbound countries (excluding Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau). Our university will independently arrange internship institutions and plan internship fields, enrich internship courses, implement the integration of theory and practice, and strengthen career and life guidance.
(二)New Southbound Xuehai Zhumu: Students are selected to undertake workplace internships at enterprises or institutions with development potential in New Southbound countries, in order to cultivate domestic students to better understand the culture, lifestyle, and background of these countries, which will help deepen future relations and cooperative development with these countries. (New Southbound countries include Indonesia, Vietnam, Laos, Brunei, Thailand, Myanmar, the Philippines, Cambodia, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, New Zealand, and Australia, totaling 18 countries.)

三、Application Qualifications：
(一)Project Host: Must be a full-time faculty member of this university. One co-host may be appointed, and the co-host must be a full-time or part-time faculty member of this university.
(二)Selected Students:
1.Must hold the nationality of the Republic of China, have household registration in Taiwan, and be currently enrolled students who have studied at this university for more than one semester. This does not include in-service program students in Taiwan or overseas.
2.Must meet the professional and language ability requirements stipulated by this university.
3.Students from other universities may be selected to participate in the program. A consent letter from the student’s original university agreeing to the student’s participation in this university’s overseas internship program during their study period must be submitted.
4.During the overseas internship period, students must retain their student status at this university and may not suspend or withdraw from school. After the internship ends, they must report back to the university. Violators will be required by the university, according to the administrative contract, to return the subsidy received, which will then be repaid to the Ministry of Education.
5.For the same applicant and the same education level, the subsidy may only be granted once.

四、Application Method：
(一)Application Period: From now until March 5, Year 115 (Thursday) before 5:00 PM.
(二)Project hosts within the university who wish to apply should complete the internship plan and related attachments according to the required format, and submit the electronic files to the Career Guidance and Alumni Service Center for compilation within the deadline, after approval by the department and college meetings.
