一、Our institute has developed the above-mentioned questionnaire to analyze factors influencing domestic senior (4th-year+) students’ decisions to pursue master’s or doctoral degrees abroad and their understanding of and demand for government scholarships.

二、 Questionnaire target participants, execution period, and research ethics are as follows:

(一)Recruitment Target: Current students or graduates of 4th-year university programs (including bachelor’s programs in technical and vocational colleges) or master’s programs who are willing to pursue a master’s or doctoral degree abroad.

(二)Response Period: From now until 115/1/5 (Monday).

(三)Incentive: Completing a valid questionnaire entitles participants to a NT$200 cash voucher.

(四)Response Method: Please complete the questionnaire at 🔗https://naer.surveycake.biz/s/DVGRb or scan the QR code (see Attachment 1).

(五)To protect the rights of participants, all survey data will be stored and processed in accordance with personal data protection laws and research ethics. Participants will complete the questionnaire only after confirming informed consent. During analysis and reporting, all potentially identifying information will be anonymized. Questionnaire results will be used only for overall trend and challenge analysis, not for individual school or personal evaluation, nor for any accreditation or related project review. Participants can fill in honestly and will receive a small token of appreciation for completing a valid questionnaire.

三、We kindly request your university to assist in forwarding this announcement to all colleges, departments, interdepartmental programs, and alumni offices to disseminate the questionnaire information.
