Ministry of Labor, Workforce Development Agency Northern, Keelung, Yilan, Hualien, Kinmen, and Matsu Branches: “Year 115–116 College Workplace Visits” – Registration for the first half of Year 115 is now open~

  1. On-Campus Registration Period: From now until 12:00 PM on 115/2/25 (Wednesday).

  2. Project Execution Period: 115/3/30 to 115/6/30.

  3. Eligible Applicants: All colleges, departments, and administrative units of our university.

  4. Registration Method: Please refer to the attached “Company List and Visit Process Example”, fill out the “Year 115 Company Visit Application Form” according to your activity planning needs, and submit the Word file of the application form to our center via email easc@nqu.edu.tw within the registration period.

  5. Approval Results: Wait for the Ministry of Labor’s review notification. Our center will forward the results to the applying departments and units..

※ Screening Criteria for This Program by the Northern Branch of the Ministry of Labor (based on the following priority order):

First Stage

  1. Domestic students.

  2. Current-year graduates.

  3. Current-year and next-year graduates participating together.

  4. Next-year graduates.

  5. Organized and publicly announced by the school; participants may be of any year.

Second Stage

  1. Departments related to the companies to be visited.

  2. Departments with a lower approval ratio based on the total number of applications submitted to the Ministry of Labor, Workforce Development Agency Northern, Keelung, Yilan, Hualien, Kinmen, and Matsu Branch – College Workplace Visits Program.

  3. Departments with a lower approval ratio based on the total number of applications submitted to the Ministry of Labor, Workforce Development Agency Northern, Keelung, Yilan, Hualien, Kinmen, and Matsu Branch – Employment Service Subsidy Program for Colleges.

※ Notes

◆ Ensure that at least 30 students actually register and attend.
◆ This program subsidizes meal costs (NT$120/person per meal), insurance (travel insurance), and bus fees, with Career Employment Information Co., Ltd. handling travel insurance and bus arrangements.
Teachers applying for this program are asked to assist with: collecting insurance information, reserving assembly classrooms, requesting temporary bus suspensions on campus, ordering boxed meals, etc.
Companies not on the application list may be proposed, but contact information for these companies should also be provided.
