2. Salary & Benefits:

   • Entry-level: Engineer IV ~NT$57,000/month; Assistant Engineer ~NT$47,000/month; Technician ~NT$33,000/month

   • Probation: 3–6 months, then regular employment upon passing

   • After 5 years: Engineer IV ~NT$75,000, Assistant Engineer ~NT$64,000, Technician ~NT$44,000

   • Annual bonuses: performance up to 2.4 months, appraisal up to 1 month

   • First-year Engineer IV total annual salary ~NT$880,000; 5-year ~NT$1,150,000
