【台北市電腦商業同業公會Taipei Computer Association (TCA)】數位創新人才增能培育計畫，5/20截止。Digital Innovation Talent Development Program (UNEXT) (Application Deadline: May 20)

為培育具備數位實務能力之新世代人才，數位發展部數位產業署推動「數位創新人才增能培育計畫（UNEXT）」，結合企業專案見習 × 主題式課程 × 職涯培力，協助學生提前接軌產業、累積實戰經驗，歡迎本校同學踴躍申請！

🔎 一、計畫簡介

本計畫透過媒合數位創新企業，提供學生參與實務專案見習機會，並搭配產業技能課程與職涯輔導，強化就業競爭力。
👉 目標：培育數位創新領域即戰力人才

🎯 二、申請資格

符合下列條件者皆可申請：

  • 國內大專校院在學學生（本國生、僑外生）
  • 大三（含）以上學士、碩博士生或應屆畢業生
  • 不限科系（跨領域可）
  • 不含在職生、休學生及陸港澳生

📅 三、重要時程

  • 📌 申請期間：115年4月30日 起 至 5月20日止
  • 📌 面試媒合：申請期間同步進行
  • 📌 錄取公告：115年6月5日
  • 📌 見習期間：115年7月1日 至 9月30日（3個月）

💼 四、見習內容與福利

  • ✔ 企業專案實戰見習（至少150小時）
  • ✔ 每月最低20小時
  • ✔ 提供基本時薪津貼（依法給付）
  • ✔ 勞健保由見習單位依規辦理
  • ✔ 職涯教練輔導、產業講座、交流活動
  • ✔ 6門主題式數位技能課程

  1. 至 UNEXT 計畫平台瀏覽職缺並投遞履歷
  2. 上傳在學證明或相關文件
  3. 與企業進行面試媒合
  4. 錄取後完成報到及參與培訓

💚To cultivate a new generation of talents with digital practical skills, the Digital Development Department, Administration for Digital Industries promotes the Digital Innovation Talent Development Program (UNEXT).

By combining enterprise project internships × thematic courses × career development support, the program helps students connect with industries in advance, gain hands-on experience, and enhance their employment competitiveness. Students are encouraged to apply.

1. Program Introduction

The program partners with digital innovation companies to provide students with opportunities to participate in practical projects, while offering industry skill courses and career guidance to strengthen professional capabilities.

🎯 Goal:
To cultivate job-ready talents in the digital innovation field.

 

2. Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Current students enrolled in universities or colleges in Taiwan
    (including Taiwanese students and international/overseas students)
  • Undergraduate students from junior year and above, master’s/doctoral students, or graduating students
  • Students from all academic disciplines are welcome (cross-disciplinary applications encouraged)
  • Not eligible: working students, students on leave of absence, and students from Mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macao

 

3. Important Schedule

📌 Application Period:
April 30, 2026 – May 20, 2026

📌 Interview & Company Matching:
Conducted during the application period

📌 Admission Announcement:
June 5, 2026

📌 Internship Period:
July 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026
(3 months)

 

4. Internship Content & Benefits

✔ Enterprise project-based practical internship
(Minimum 150 hours)

✔ At least 20 hours per month

✔ Basic hourly wage subsidy provided
(Paid according to regulations)

✔ Labor and health insurance arranged by the internship company according to regulations

✔ Career coaching, industry seminars, and networking activities

✔ Six thematic digital skills courses

 

5. Application Process

  1. Browse available positions and submit your resume through the UNEXT Program Platform.
  2. Upload proof of enrollment or relevant documents.
  3. Participate in company interviews and matching.
  4. Complete registration and participate in training after selection.

📌 Application Deadline:
Applicants must complete the application and interview process before May 20, 2026.
