國內相關科系大專院校系所之在校學生，工藝、美術、設計、工業工程、企業管理等相關科系學生尤佳。

115年7月1日至115年8月30日，實習時數需達160小時。

【實習內容】

協助陶瓷產品設計及研發
協助陶瓷原料研究
協助陶瓷文物資料整理、工藝基因庫建檔與研究
協助資深藝師訪談與工藝史研究
協助商品包裝設計、花紙設計
協助攝影、平面設計與推廣活動企劃
協助生產製程控管及標準作業流程編纂等業務

【實習津貼】
不提供薪資及其他津貼。

【其他福利】

實習期滿且時數達標者，核發實習證明文件。
可申請廠內午餐搭伙，每餐55元。

【申請資格】

國內大專院校相關科系在校學生。
部分組別以大三以上學生為佳。
對無形文化資產、陶瓷工藝、設計或工廠管理有興趣者尤佳。

有意申請的學生於5/24前將報名表件繳至本校就業輔導暨校友服務中心辦理；金門縣陶瓷廠不受理個人報名。

【注意事項】

實習請假不得超過實習期間四分之一，否則視同實習成績不合格。
本實習不提供保險，錄取學生須由學校提供保險證明或自行投保意外險。
實習期間需每日填寫工作日誌及簽到退。
未達規定時數者，不核發實習證明。
錄取名單預計於115年6月12日前公告於陶瓷廠官網。

💚Eligible Applicants:
Current students from relevant departments of universities and colleges in Taiwan. Students majoring in the following fields are especially encouraged to apply:

💚Internship Period

July 1, 2026 – August 30, 2026

Interns are required to complete at least 160 internship hours.

💚Internship Content

Internship duties may include:

• Assisting with ceramic product design and development
• Assisting with ceramic raw material research
• Assisting with ceramic artifact documentation, craft heritage database development, and related research
• Assisting with interviews of senior artisans and craft history research
• Assisting with product packaging design and ceramic decal design
• Assisting with photography, graphic design, and promotional event planning
• Assisting with production process management and standard operating procedure (SOP) development

💚Internship Allowance

No salary or additional internship allowance will be provided.

💚Other Benefits

• An internship certificate will be issued upon completion of the required internship hours.
• Interns may apply for factory lunch service (NT$55 per meal).

💚Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Current students from related departments of universities and colleges in Taiwan
• Junior-year students and above may be preferred for certain internship groups
• Applicants with interest in:
  • Intangible cultural heritage
  • Ceramic craftsmanship
  • Design
  • Factory management
    are especially welcome

• Absence exceeding one-fourth of the internship period will be considered as failure to complete the internship requirements.
• This internship program does not provide insurance. Selected students must submit proof of insurance arranged by their university or purchase personal accident insurance by themselves.
• Interns must complete daily work logs and attendance records during the internship period.
• Internship certificates will not be issued to students who fail to complete the required internship hours.
• The list of selected interns is expected to be announced on the official Kinmen County Ceramics Factory website before June 12, 2026.
