【客家委員會Hakka Affairs Council】辦理「2026後生行世界客家實習計畫」，6/15截止。2026 “Young Hakka Explore the World” International Internship Program – Applications Open Until June 15

【實習對象】
具中華民國國籍18歲至26歲之大專校院大學生及研究生（不含在職生），不限客家血緣或淵源。 

【實習期間】
115年7月至10月間完成海外執行計畫；海外執行期間至多60日。  

【實習單位】

1. 馬來西亞客家文化協會／森美蘭分會
2. 檳城客家公會
3. 越南臺灣客家聯誼會   

【實習地點】

1. 馬來西亞／森美蘭州芙蓉市
2. 馬來西亞／檳城
3. 越南／胡志明市   

【實習內容】

1. 客家文化史料整理與典藏
2. 展示設計、空間規劃與文案撰寫
3. 客家文化路線規劃與導覽設計
4. 宣傳影片拍攝與剪輯
5. 電子會刊與社群推廣素材製作
6. 客家文化與文創推廣相關工作。   

【實習津貼】

1. 個人提案組：每案補助新臺幣5萬元至15萬元。
2. 團體專案組：每案補助新臺幣30萬元至40萬元。  

【其他福利】

1. 補助機票、生活費、保險費、簽證費等。
2. 完成計畫後核發實習證明書。
3. 可參與成果分享與國際交流。  

【申請資格】

1. 年滿18歲至26歲。
2. 大專校院大學生或研究生（不含在職生）。
3. 對客家文化及公共事務有興趣者。

【注意事項】

1. 須依計畫期程完成海外實習。
2. 須繳交實習日誌、成果報告並參與成果分享會。
3. 執行費須專款專用。
4. 須注意外交部旅遊警示及簽證規定。  

 

 

【Eligibility】

  • Taiwanese citizens aged 18 to 26 who are currently enrolled in universities or graduate schools (excluding in-service students).
  • Applicants do not need to have Hakka ancestry or a Hakka background.
  • Students interested in Hakka culture and public affairs are encouraged to apply.

【Internship Period】

  • The overseas internship project must be completed between July and October 2026.
  • The overseas implementation period is limited to a maximum of 60 days.

【Internship Content】

Interns will participate in projects related to Hakka culture promotion and international exchange, including:

  1. Organization and preservation of Hakka cultural historical materials
  2. Exhibition design, spatial planning, and content writing
  3. Planning of Hakka cultural routes and tour guide design
  4. Promotional video production and editing
  5. Production of digital newsletters and social media promotional materials
  6. Hakka cultural and cultural creative industry promotion activities

【Subsidy】

  • Individual Proposal Group: NT$50,000–150,000 subsidy per project
  • Group Project Group: NT$300,000–400,000 subsidy per project

【Benefits】

  • Subsidies provided for airfare, living expenses, insurance fees, visa fees, and other related costs.
  • Internship certificate will be issued upon completion of the program.
  • Opportunities to participate in achievement presentations and international exchange activities.
