I. The Institute implements the National Science and Technology Council’s "Advanced Industry Talent Training Program", focusing on assisting international master's and PhD students who are about to enter the workforce, connecting them with domestic companies in need for recruitment and exchange, and supporting enterprise development and internationalization.

II. In the first half of 2026, five sessions of the "Employment Counseling Courses and Matching Events for Foreign Master's and PhD Talents Staying in Taiwan" will be held in Northern, Central, and Southern Taiwan.
